The biggest problem with the vacuum pump is that unless you're willing to put yourself into a scenario straight out of a sit-com, there's no way you're hiding this ungainly device from Suzy. You obviously can't pump yourself up before dinner and expect results when the lights go down three hours later. So either your girl's game or she isn't. On balance, it might be best to wait a few dates before springing this on her.
